One thing I’d not put in it yet is a postal/home address. There’s no reason to publish your private residential address casually. If we later establish that a particular legal/regulatory requirement means a business/contact address needs to be disclosed, we can handle that separately.
Once you’ve changed the page title and pasted this in, the existing footer link should continue to work because we’re leaving its URL alone. We may find that the footer automatically changes its displayed label to Privacy Policy too. If it doesn’t, we can fix that afterwards.
