This is “tidied up”  version of my monthly YouTube business update.  If you’d like to see the whole video you can find it at the end of the post

Hey everyone, Steve here, with a quick update on what’s been going on in my online ventures. Last week was a lot better, and I feel like I’ve finally got it all back together and started making progress.

After several weeks, maybe even a couple of months of almost going backwards, I feel like I’ve turned a corner and I’m moving forward again. Here’s what’s been happening:

Launching My First Paid Product

I’m excited to announce that I’ve got my first paid product out on the market. It’s an e-book called “How To Improve Your Conversations With ChatGPT.” This book is all about getting the prompts right with ChatGPT—not just correct, but professional. Instead of simply asking for, say, ten Facebook posts, we get more specific and detailed.

The e-book is bundled with 50,000 ChatGPT prompts, which I acquired as a white-label product. Additionally, there are plans for a monthly AI newsletter for buyers to keep updated on the fast-moving AI world. It was a challenge to put together, especially since I had to create a more in-depth sales funnel from scratch and set up a order, payment, discount and delivery system for the book.

I even sold one to myself for a pound to test the system, and it worked perfectly. Whether it makes more sales, we’ll see, but it’s out there now, ready to go.

Monthly Membership Product

For months, I’ve been planning a monthly membership product. Initially, I aimed to have it up and running by the end of March, but things kept slipping back. Now, I’m targeting the end of July. It’s a lot of work, and I want it to be good, but I also don’t want to overdo it in case it doesn’t take off.

The membership will include a course, with the first module available at launch and subsequent modules released weekly. It’s been delayed, but sometimes life gets in the way, and you just have to move forward.

Facebook Ad Agency Revamp

In the last week, I’ve been redesigning my Facebook ad agency website. I’m adding a Facebook posting management service with four different levels of service. Setting up the payment gateway has been a learning curve, but I hope to have it live by the weekend.

This service aims to help small businesses maintain a regular social media presence. I know from experience how challenging it can be to keep up with social media, and this service can really make a difference.

Family Involvement

I’ll hopefully be taking on my oldest step-daughter in the next couple of weeks. She just left school in Africa and will be learning the ropes of social media management. With the help of AI, creating and posting content has become more efficient, and I’m excited to see how she progresses.

Improving Facebook Lead Ads and Follow Up.

Recently, I’ve been refining my strategy for Facebook lead ads. Using ChatGPT, I’ve analysed everything from emails to ads, seeking ways to improve. I’ve updated the lead magnet, lead form, and delivery system, and I’m now working on improving the email follow-up process.

It’s clear that a successful ad is just the beginning.  Your entire business setup needs to be optimized to turn leads into sales.

Relaunching Steve’s Blinds

I’ve decided to launch a small local window blind business, (a niche I was in previously for 25years.  Trading as Steve’s Blinds, I am using it as an experiment to test Facebook ads for new businesses, however I miss interacting with customers face to face, and there’s good money to be made in this business.

I’m starting the ads locally and will update you on how it goes. It’s not my long-term plan, but it’s a good opportunity to generate some income and test out new strategies and hopefully build a case study for potential clients..

Personal Update

On a personal note, I’ve been battling hay fever and allergies, which have been a bit of a nuisance. But I’m managing, and it’s not stopping me from moving forward.
