    I believe most entrepreneurs will struggle with confidence issue from time to time, so you’re definitely not alone.

    Anyway, I’m just wondering what’s the difference between affirmation and self-talk? Are they referring to the same thing?

      They are very similar in that they send positive messages to the subconscious. Self talk is more aligned to changing the negative thoughts we have built io over the years into positive ones. I like it because it really takes no effort. you can just play it in the background while you do other things

    Steve,

    The study of the mind and how it works is amazing. An author I was recently listening to said that the mind is the only thing one can truly control. Yet, it is the thing we spend the least amount of time training. I was guilty of this until lately, I’ve embarked on a year goal to master how I talk and train my mind.

    The saying is change your mind… Change your life.

    I am enjoying the discover of the mind. I encourage you to continue with your mental training it does change lives.
