Hello everyone,
If you’ve been following my weekly updates, you might have noticed the silence on my blog last week. I pride myself on maintaining regular communication, usually sharing a video every week where I talk about the ins and outs of running an online business. This time, however, life threw a bit of a curveball my way.
Last week, I was struck down by a severe case of food poisoning. It was the kind that knocks you off your feet and wipes out your entire schedule—no meetings, no videos, no progress. Just when you think you’ve got your routine down, something comes along to remind you that we’re all just one unexpected event away from needing a break.
Currently, I’m writing this from Casablanca airport during a lengthy six-hour layover. I’m on my way back to the UK, and by Saturday, I’ll be writing to you from “Riverview” instead of my usual spot on “Nifty Way” in Gambia. So, expect some fresh “Streams of Success from Riverview” in our upcoming journeys together.
The downtime hasn’t been easy, and being ill is a stark reminder of how important health is to productivity. But it’s also shown me the importance of resilience. Despite a week lost, the passion for sharing my journey and helping you all succeed in the online world hasn’t waned. I’m still here, still committed, and eager to get back on track.
While I didn’t have a new video or ground breaking tips to share this week, I hope this update serves as a real-life lesson on the unpredictability of running your own business. It’s not always smooth sailing, but every challenge is a learning opportunity.
Thank you all for your patience and understanding. I’m excited to bring you some great new content, offers, and ideas once I’m settled back in the UK. Stay tuned, and as always, here’s to our continued success—no matter where we are!
Hi Steve,
Taking a break is sometimes the best thing you can ask for – and listening to your body serves its purpose as well. Take care of yourself & more importantly, take care of your health!
